The end

Our journey has finally come to an end so I can get my social life back … for now.

This is my last post. Thank you for following us on our flight to the world cup. It has been an eventful trip and it was all worth it.

I have not yet uploaded pictures from the world cup but I will do that as soon as I get hold of them - most likely next week.

Cheers.

This is a great story, and really unbelievable but it's true that there are few teams in Uganda that ever make it to the international level. (This is the first one I've heard of, but we have had runners make it to the Olympics and place.) The fact that you are second to S.Africa in the African league really says a lot. I look forward to playing Touch Rugby with you all and I'm happy to hear that you practiced playing Touch with some of the other teams. I know you represented us well, and I'm a proud of the team. I look forward to playing Touch Rugby with you all someday.
Cheers,

Sala, Dallas Texas (from Kampala).
